Definition and development of a comprehensive AI strategy for Agentic-AI and simulation in the program context

Ensuring the alignment between business objectives, technology roadmaps and operational implementation

Organizational & Methodical Framework

Construction and establishment of a scalable organizational framework for the use of AI

Development of methodological guidelines (e.g. governance, operating models, best practices) for agent-based solutions

Definition of clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes in the AI context

Transformation Enablement & Delivery Integration

Definition of concrete transformation steps together with ART delivery teams and external partners
