IT SERVICEMANAGER COLLABORATION (M/W/D) Business area: IT | Place of use: Lengerich | Type of contract: Fixed employment | Start: now As an IT service manager *in the Collaboration area, make sure that we are well positioned in IT service management! You control and monitor the external service providers responsible for the operation and further development of Microsoft-365 services (focusing on teams and Exchange Online), telephone and call center solutions (VoIP, DECT) as well as email security (space filter, phishing protection, DKIM/DMARC etc.). You identify, optimize and implement IT processes in the field of collaboration and thus ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of service quality, availability and performance. In cooperation with external service providers and partners, you work on the development and definition of solution concepts. The processing of incidents and service requests is part of your daily business as well as the qualification of new solutions in your area of responsibility. You work closely with the fields of IT security and corporate governance as well as with international, multi-site project teams.

You have a training as a specialist informatics *in, a study in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification. You have relevant professional experience in information technology, ideally in the areas of M365 teams and Exchange Online as well as telephony or call center solutions. Embossed communication skills, a holistic way of thinking and a sovereign appearance are what you stand for. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
