As IT Licensing and Application Manager (m/w/d), you can ensure that our applications run reliably and that software licenses are cost-optimized, compliant and transparent. You work closely with our IT teams, departments and external partners and are actively contributing to the future of our IT landscape. Your future tasks: Drive and develop the Software Asset Management Tools as well as automate workflows and reports to increase efficiency Advise the use of IT areas/products especially when choosing the right licensing and optimizing license costs & license inventory and defining requirements for new contracts Analyze license usage and identify savings and optimization potentials Management of the SAP Licensing Stock incl. securing a proper survey, assigning the licenses and orchestrating the post-purchase activities Advise internal customers in software asset management and support for license inventory and audits Support the Service Manager in the planning, management and settlement of license and maintenance fees

Successfully completed university studies or 2 years of professional training or on a different path Task-related experience as well as sound knowledge in handling software asset management processes, ideally with experience in the introduction, operation and further development of SAM tools Experience in the automation of workflows and reports, e.g. with power machines, scripting or comparable tools Ability to analyze license usage and identify potential savings Ideally experience in managing SAP licenses, including license measurement with the License Administration Workbench and knowledge of SAP license metrics and contractual conditions
