As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgery implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the derivation of brain water – with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. You run our facility team consisting of maintenance and cleaning service with currently 14 employees and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business through predictive personnel deployment planning. You organize the technical and infrastructural operation of our sites and their facilities in the building envelope. You plan repairs as well as construction, reconstruction and modernization projects and ensure a timely implementation. You identify optimization potentials, implement sustainability measures and drive the further development of our facility processes. You create reports, analyses and status reports and derive recommendations for management.

completed studies in the field of facility management, civil engineering, utility technology or comparable. Alternatively, a technical training with corresponding training (e.g. Masterin / Techniciansin) Multiannual professional experience in facility management with sound knowledge of technical building equipment and maintenance processes leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate teams and develop them successfully Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements, standards and operator obligations Organisational strength, economic thinking and clear and binding communication at all levels
