Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a member of the staff department, you support the management in sales management and planning in various topics and are available as a representative for all types of sales issues.

Your main tasks include the comprehensive support of our financial advisors (m/w/d), including the implementation and development of sales impulses and exchange formats

In addition, you support the preparation, coordination and implementation of the key control bodies in close coordination with the managing directors, sales directors and your department manager

You contribute to the sustainable orientation of the company, analyze future-relevant topics and develop self-concepts and basis of decision

In addition, you will secure the communication infrastructure, channeling all sales-relevant information from the selected departments in the service center and providing interface-oriented information and documents

The conception, planning and monitoring of sales events, such as annual start-up events, various sales committees and web conferences, are also your tasks

In addition, you are responsible for creating protocols, presentations and lectures

You have a successfully completed study of economics or a comparable direction and ideally have completed training to the bank or insurance businessman (m/w/d)

You already bring knowledge of the financial services sector and sales

Ideally, you have already gained experience in the development of strategic concepts

High communication skills and the ability to interdisciplinary thinking and acting as well as conceptual skills characterize you

Also, you have very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and can quickly find yourself in new IT applications and tools
