For our MEDIAN Klinik Hohenlohe in Bad Mergentheim we are looking for a dedicated and powerful personality as a technical manager (m/w/d). In this responsible key position, you take over the technical and organizational management of the technical field and ensure the safe, economical and trouble-free operation of all building facilities. As a competent contact person, you can consult and coordinate the clinic management, authorities, public bodies and external experts. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth clinic operation and ensure compliance with all legal, technical and safety-relevant requirements. At the same time, you are always looking at the quality, economics, sustainability and the continuous development of the technical infrastructure.

Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the Haustechnik team (3 employees) Control and quality assurance of the activities to be carried out and promotion of personnel development Monitoring of technical operational and traffic safety Organisation, control and implementation of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures Control and coordination of external service providers Budget Responsibility: Comparative offer, AuIragsvergabe, Accounting Participation in construction and repair measures and tenders Quality assurance and time control for structural measures Support for hospital and territorial management in investment planning and special projects
