You plan and coordinate the operations of our technicians in customer service. You are the first contact point for technical questions. You prepare orders, provide material and information and ensure a smooth process. You are a link between customer, office and technicians – and keep everyone up to date. Your strength is to receive orders and tune appointments sent while you keep an overview With your patience and understanding, you take care of the processing of complaints and thus ensure satisfied customers You always keep the master data up to date and thus contribute to smooth business processing For technical questions, you are on your side with advice and deed, so you can provide expert advice

You bring a completed training as a plant mechanic SHK, which qualifies you optimally for this position You bring several years of experience in customer service or assembly. You have a safe appearance towards customers and a good sense of communication. Organizational talent and a structured working style characterize you. You like to take responsibility and enjoy leading and supporting a team. Your technical understanding helps you quickly capture complex facts and find practical solutions You can easily handle common computer programs (e.g. MS Office).
