Your duties

• Accounting of business incidents in the areas of creditor and debitor accounting in accordance with company guidelines and tax regulations
• Maintenance of all important data of our creditors and debitors
• Accounting of business incidents of operating daily business such as cash
• Conscientious booking of travel expenses according to statutory regulations
• Explain open questions in travel cost accounting with colleagues
• Booking of foreigners and contributing to the settlement of foreign funds
• Support for monthly and annual accounts
• Contact persons for adjacent departments

Your profile

• completed commercial vocational training and initial experience in accounting or debitor and creditor accounting
• responsible and careful action
• convincing appearance and team-oriented working
• Knowledge of MS Office and English
• Experience with “MS Dynamics 365 Business Central” is beneficial
