In the front office you are the first contact person and take over the telephone center, post-processing as well as a variety of commercial tasks with a high service requirement. You choose and order required goods, coordinate the material disposition and take care of the further calculation to our customers – always with regard to efficiency and quality. The management of contracts and licenses is your responsibility – you keep deadlines and content reliably in mind. You carefully maintain our master data and place new customers

Completed vocational training, like in the office commercial sector and multiannual relevant professional experience Very good German knowledge, English of advantage Very good MS office skills, organizational skills and high level of customer and service orientation Excellent cost and quality awareness Target-oriented, structured and independent working with high self-motivation Teamability, loyalty and reliability
