Expert Loan Processing Real Estate (m/f/d)

You manage rental housing loans and contracts of 3./4. As well as housing contracts, these include e.g. monitoring the provisions of the Treaty, reviewing the changes in the Treaty/claims and the processing of contract notices. With your expertise you carry out cost-effectiveness calculations and determine or check foreign rental supplements. Through your negotiation skills and your own initiative, you will ensure the acquisition of new occupancy rights to rent apartments in the third property. You also control the use of funds and anticipate investment subsidies. You also deal with basic matters as well as particularly complex individual cases in the area of housing care, e.g. the preparation of decision-making templates. Last but not least, you will be able to record and last dates. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace – even on several days – service trips in the range from 5 to 20 days per year also apply throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of financial management, economic law, business management, real estate management, law (1st state exams) or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have good knowledge in civil law, in particular in rental law and in contract law. You have sound application knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office). You have knowledge in the real estate management field with a housing policy. You ideally have knowledge in the field of federal budgetary regulations as well as in SAP ERP 6.0/RE‐FX or You are willing to acquire them in the short term. Knowledge and practical experience in the area of housing care of the federal government are advantageous.
