The focus of your activity is on product development and adaptation in an even young, dynamic and versatile insurance area. The focus is on the development of insurance conditions, the design of framework agreements and brokerships as well as the development of drawing guidelines and processing standards. In addition, you work in the team on collective bargaining. Your tasks include trend and market observation as well as reporting and controlling tasks, for example analysis of drawing behavior, including the derivation of measures. In addition, you are planning and developing the service provider network (e.g. in the area of risk analysis or forensics) and work in projects, working groups and other multidisciplinary topics.

You are characterized by innovativeness and creativity. In addition, you have a good analytical, entrepreneurial and strategic way of thinking and a high level of responsibility. You are also strong in communication and have good conflict and moderation capabilities You are a full lawyer or have a successfully completed university degree in the field of law, business or insurance and have professional experience in relevant legal topics (conditions, framework agreements, etc.). Ideally, you have experience in product management of a (industrial) insurance and knowledge of cyber risks.
