You support the performance-oriented management and further development of your region directly on site. With the help of a KPI dashboard, you can analyze, compare and interpret operating key figures and make a significant contribution to efficient corporate management. You can help create budgets, forecasts and business cases. Your commitment has a sustainable effect: You are actively involved in building and continuously developing controlling tools, methods and ERP systems within the business unit. As a competent Sparring partner, you work closely with internal and group-wide stakeholders and promote the building of trusted, cooperative relationships.

You have a successful degree in controlling, business management, finance, real estate or a comparable commercial training with an additional qualification in controlling. Your strong numerical affinity as well as your ability to analyze complex facts in a structured manner and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner are your special strengths. You control the safe handling of Excel (e.g. SVERWEIS, pivot tables, SUMMENPRODUKT) and prepare your results convincingly and vividly in PowerPoint. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage, but no requirement – we are happy to support you in the process. You are drawing yourself through an independent, proactive and structured way of working and communicating confidently at all hierarchical levels.
