Follow-up contractors: You control and manage the subcontractors who work for us on our construction sites. Refurbishment: You carry out minor refurbishment after fire and water damage, mainly in the interior, and make sure everything is done on time and properly. Moisture Measurements and Drying: You carry out moisture measurements and set drying devices to eliminate water damage. At first you do disassembly and later restoration work. Customer contact on site: You are friendly and helpful when they are on site. Documentation: You keep all work steps exactly so that everything remains comprehensible.

You have completed training in crafts or construction. First experiences from the damage recovery, from the drying or restoration of water damage are important. A class B licence is a must. Other driving licences (e.g. C1) are an advantage.
