Your duties

• Creation of cost estimates and calculations: You are responsible for the calculation of construction costs for various projects of modernization renovation and residential expansion
• Achieve yield requirements: They enter the exchange with the compiled calculation to achieve given framework conditions for return
• Support for project planning: They work closely with project managers to ensure the financial framework and feasibility of projects
• Price control and negotiations: See market trends and compare offers from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal prices and conditions
• Cost monitoring and reporting: You take in prices from cost accounting and optimize the basic data used for costing. This may also include construction sites and direct addresses of companies
• Technical understanding: For energy requirements and building materials, you have already been suitable in basics
• Working method: your working method is structured. They calculate with internal programs and pay attention to complete documentation

Your profile

• Complete study of architecture / civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in project management as project manager desirable
• Ideally immobile or architectural background
• Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Secure handling in the SAP/RE application systems (SAP/ ERP)
• Number affinity and understanding of technical relationships
• Self-employed, systematic and result-oriented work
• Embossed communication capability (verbal and in writing)
