For our modern and innovative location in Stuttgart-Vaihingen we are looking for a mandatory intern in the field of Human Resources (m/w/d). During an internship at the Human Resource Management at the headquarters of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG, you have the opportunity to actively support our team and gain a broad insight into Allianz's personnel department in Stuttgart. From the summer semester 2026 we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/w/d). The start of the internship is possible from February/March, the duration is 6 months.

Diversity: Support for personnel management and HR-Business Partners as a cross-departmental interface in organisational and administrative activities. Project management: independent organization of exciting events and projects, such as the family day or the children's Christmas celebration, creation of the monthly newsletter for the location Stuttgart. Recruiting: Responsible for the entire application process of all future trainees of the HR department, from job registration to onboarding and offboarding. This is what you bring in the Human Resources (m/w/d)

You are studying BWL, (economic)psychology, pedagogy, social, communication or economics (in basic or main studies) and optimally brings first practical experiences. Your personality is characterized by integrity, skill in dealing with people and diverse interests. own initiative and independent work characterize your personal style; you appreciate working in the team. High demands or self-responsible work do not feel as a burden, but as a challenge. Negotiating German knowledge on C2 level is required. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
