**ABILITY LIST OF MISCHUNG – EXPENDITURE

To ensure an attractive and EU-compliant feed offering for our target customers in the Livestock, Pet Food and Aquaculture Industry, we are looking for a strategic portfolio expert (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which proactively and market-oriented controls our diverse range. They are the decisive entity - in particular in the context of new product developments or in the implementation of new requirements - for the efficient maintenance of a successful feed portfolio. The following activities fall within your area of responsibility:

• Strategic portfolio management:
• Responsibilities of the portfolio of botanical feed, compound feed, additives and premixtures for the continuous improvement of our feed offer
• Identify changing or new requirements, assess the impact and take of necessary measures
• Initiating, accompanying and completing developments and optimizations for a competitive range
• Innovation Management & Compliance:
• Identify new trends and product potentials internally and externally for the further development of our offer
• Ensure compliance with EU requirements and GMP+ standards
• Support sales and marketing teams in developing and implementing a customer-oriented marketing and sales strategy
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to reconcile market and customer requirements, regulatory requirements and technical possibilities for product development and optimization
• Association work and representation of our company in the FEFANA and in key stakeholders

NATIVE QUALIFIED - IHR PROFIL

• Completed studies in veterinary medicine, agricultural sciences, livestock sciences or a comparable field with agricultural reference
• Multiannual professional experience in the feed or agricultural industry, ideally in product management, quality management or a similar function
• Safe knowledge and application of European and national feed legislation
• Experience with certification standards such as GMP+ and control of interdisciplinary teams desirable
• Strategic approach, sound judgment and decision-making
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
