You create the design and execution planning of demanding buildings for a variety of uses, such as schools and kitas, as well as office and administration in wooden construction. You take over the technical coordination of the planning with specialist engineers, project managers, the participating architectural and engineering offices and the builders. During the entire planning phases, you work on the three-dimensional building model and derive the plan documents and component lists from it. You may support the creation of performance directories for the tendering of post-contractors in coordination with the project management. You cooperate with the further development and exchange with the technical office in the headquarters in knowledge.

You have completed your studies in architecture or civil engineering; Alternatively, you have completed training in the field of construction technology or are designers with appropriate practical experience. You have several years of experience in the independent complete planning of construction projects (focus LPH 5), know the laws, regulations and standards relevant in Germany and apply them safely. You are routined in handling 3D CAD software and BIM and ideally already have knowledge of Revit. You work structured, act solution-oriented and have fun developing sustainable solutions in modular construction. You maintain a cooperative relationship with customers, external project participants as well as your team and have a reliable German knowledge (C1). Your independent and responsible working style completes your profile.
