Your duties Operational control Organisation and coordination of our services of technical cleaning Planning the economic use of personnel, materials and resources Ensuring a smooth operation and the time and quality of performance Flexible response to short-term changes in customer requirements, order priorities and operational times Leadership & Application Planning Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with 30 to 45 employees and the pre-workers employed personnel deployment planning and disposition taking into account the shift operation Promoting motivating, secure and successful cooperation Responsibility for the commercial management of your area of responsibility – from the preparation of the monthly accounts to the examination and follow-up of performance certificates to the evaluation of relevant key figures. At least completed technical or commercial vocational training Professional experience in technical cleaning, industrial cleaning, industrial service or a comparable environment First experience in managing employees or coordinating larger teams A structured and self-sponsored organisational design Customer-oriented thinking, communication strength and a sovereign appearance Personal strengths: stress resistance, coordination and focus on the essentials Economic understanding and joy in continuously improving processes Good knowledge of MS Office applications Class B driving licence
