Telephone acceptance of user requests regarding IT problems Ticket processing in the ticket system Development of initial solutions together with the user Documentation of the steps taken Qualified transfer of IT problems to downstream support units Tracking the Ticket Solution

Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist in system integration, or a comparable qualification, also as a cross-releaser knowledge of the installation and maintenance of IT systems and fault diagnosis Experience with common operating systems, primarily Windows and partly macOS Knowledge of work with Office 365, Windows 11, Azure Basic knowledge in handling IT-SM tools, e.g. Ivanti Good knowledge of German, ideally good English skills Self-working and fun to solve complex problems quickly Communication strength and team capacity
