Further development of the existing QM organization Preparation and monitoring of certification procedures (e.g. KTQ and Oncological Centres (DKG)) Implementation of surveys Support for proposal management Working with complaint management Participation in the planning, implementation and implementation of projects Development and maintenance of the QM document management system in the Nexus Curator Implementation of internal audits CIRS and risk management Support of responsible leaders in development and implementation

A completed vocational training in the field of health with relevant professional experience and/or a completed study with regard to quality management (e.g. health sciences, health management, nursing, etc.) Knowledge of QM methods and tools Routinized handling of typical PC programs and office applications Openness, team capacity and communication strength Self-working, safe occurrence, flexibility and loadability
