In this responsible function, you report directly to the management of the company and are responsible for all the national operational areas of the global player.

Location: Heidenheim

They lead the areas of production, project management, product management, material flow, quality and work preparation with a headcount of approx. 300 employees The aim of the function is to continuously utilise production capacities and to monitor and improve the total value flow. You also accompany recruitment processes, employee discussions and general personnel decisions within your area of responsibility By using LEAN methods, you will in particular ensure the efficiency increase within production, as well as project management They form the link between management and the operational departments of the national organisation By participating in regular meetings, you actively contribute your strategic and operational skills and consolidate as an important member of the top management team

We would like to have completed academic training, ideally in the fields of vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field. Due to technical complexity, you should be able to demonstrate sound experience in one of the sectors of commercial vehicle construction, special vehicle construction or special machine construction First experience in Lean Management as well as a holistic view of various areas of expertise Leadership experience in a similar or smaller frame is essential for this function You work structured, think processual and make decisions with strategic vision Ideally, you bring first intercultural skills and strong communication skills
