Learn our customers comprehensively and competently to advise, inform and win them as members in our customer contact centres and our AOK houses. Work with modern information and communication systems and maintain customer data in the CRM system. You will be prepared for the tasks in AOK's dialogue marketing through numerous seminars as well as knowledge of the comprehensive range of services, social security law and additional services. Experience a versatile training at regional AOK locations, the AOK-own HR Academy in Grevenbroich and the vocational school. The planning and execution of marketing and sales activities is one of your tasks. The processing of customer requests is your responsibility.

Your school degree is the Abitur, the Fachhochschulreife or the Fachoberschulreife and you have provided good services, especially in Mathe and German. Communication is fun! You are open-minded and express yourself well – both in writing and in conversation. Your profession is about people and their health. That's why it's important that you bring empathy, readiness and sense of responsibility and that you are also service- and customer-oriented. You have a strong communication capability and enjoy customer contact. You like working on the team. We help and support each other in the AOK. During your training you will learn many different places in your region. That's why you should be open to new and flexible.
