in Oldenburg or in Wildeshausen (Oldenburg County) Through our local service centers we are always close to our customers and can support them quickly, personally and reliably. Whether server, network, workstation, printer or telephone, our team covers the entire range of needs-based on-site offers and support services.

You support our customers both locally and remotely in IT support In the course of this, you process service requirements and incidents independently and develop customer-oriented solutions For example, you manage servers and clients and help update and patch management Together with your team, you will ensure the frictionless operation of the supervised systems You carefully document your work results and create the basis for the continuation of other IT projects You actively participate in KDO's conversion projects in the area of KDO cloud workstation

You have a successfully completed vocational training in a professional field (e.g. specialist (m/w/d) system integration) or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in IT support and system support and comprehensive technical know-how You convince in particular by your impressed customer and service orientation You take responsibility for your topics and drive solutions proactively and with a sense of decision You are reliable and like to work as part of a larger team Technical facts and related solutions can be understood and communicated at eye level You have good knowledge of German and own the category B
