Support in the production of high-quality cookies and baked goods on modern systems

Operation and monitoring of production machines in shift operation

performing quality controls during ongoing production (e.g. with regard to appearance, color and consistency)

Careful collection and documentation of production data in compliance with internal and HACCP guidelines

Implementation of cleaning and hygiene standards according to operational and legal requirements

Cooperation with colleagues from production, technology and quality assurance for a smooth process

First experience in food production, bakery or similar area of advantage - transverse beginners welcome

Ready to work in the 3-shift system

Careful, hygienic functioning and sense of responsibility

Basic understanding of quality and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP)
