Administrator in the energy industry (m/f/d)

In the Energy Services department, we are responsible for the customer life cycle (from the registration to the registration) of electricity and gas customers in Germany. Over 70 colleagues work with great expertise in their fields. The various areas of activity provide a good insight into the various fields of energy and commercial processes. As a result of the progressive change in the energy industry, there are always new exciting challenges. You advise our electricity and gas customers competently – by telephone and in writing – on product, billing and questions relating to renewable energies The individual customer requests, e.g. for registrations or invoice declarations, you document structured in our systems With your team-mate, you can ensure smooth processing of our processes – especially in the areas of billing and registration of household and commercial customers in the tenant electricity segment You process and monitor part processes of our automated accounting systems and actively contribute to the stability and further development of these processes You work closely with internal interfaces such as sales and project communication

Commercial training or studies, e.g. in the field of business management (also graduates: You are invited to apply) Ideally, first experience in the energy industry – your motivation is crucial, however, to work on complex topics Multiannual experience in telephone and written customer service is advantageous Embossed analytical skills and a secure numerical understanding Empathic appearance as well as the ability to accurately capture and process customer requests Openness for digital processes and their further development Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Outlook)
