Head of Security & Logistics (m/f/d)

Strategic responsibility: You bear the overall responsibility for the strategic development of the logistics at the exhibition center as well as terrain and event security at NurembergMesse GmbH. Control of safety management: You are responsible for the safety and safety of all events at the fairgrounds with your team of security experts: women, develop security strategies, manage emergency cases & crises & work closely with authorities such as police, firefighters, rescue services etc. Control of logistics management: From the traffic availability & coordination of parking space occupancy, among others with other event locations (Stadion, Volksfestplatz etc.) to digital parking space concepts, coordinated access routes & point-to-point logistics delivery for up and down phases - you are responsible for all this with your team from logistics experts. Completed study of police leadership (4th level of qualification / formerly higher service), with focus on logistics or comparable qualification

Multiannual & pronounced experience in the tactical planning of security areas for a wide variety of objects & occasions (experience as an operational management desirable) Multiannual experience in logistics control and parking space management (experiences with complex major events desirable with increased logistics requirements) Experience in cooperation with relevant authorities in Nuremberg (e.g. Regulatory Office, Transport Authorities), with the Central Franconia Police Office and public security and emergency services Multiannual experience in the disciplinary leadership of a team Very good German knowledge and good English skills As a leader, if you meet economic decisions, you can consistently implement them and accept decisions from other stakeholders. you show openness, proactivity & willingness to perform & demanded by others. you have a high degree of empathy & enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset & conflicting ability. open & positive with mistakes & see them as a chance of further development. you bring sense of social diversity & integrity, think networked and trade customer- and target-oriented. you bring diplomatic skill, a reflected appearance & a strategic way of thinking.
