Co-Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer (COO) – nPlan Engineering (m/f/d)

As an organ of the approximately 40-member company, you will orchestrate core business, organization and processes from management perspective and inspire your shareholders with deed and number. In your role as COO, you are responsible for internal scaling and implement the growth strategy developed together with CEO and shareholders into efficient organizational, financial and operational structures. In your area of responsibility are HR, finance, controlling and reporting, including the establishment and implementation of clear control logics for earnings, liquidity and projects. With entrepreneurial impulses, you support the CEO in the strategic development of the performance portfolio and the development of new market segments in the relevant transformation context. You create transparency, structure and professionalism in the internal financial, organizational and reporting processes and thus support socially-based further development and possible transaction options. One focus is clearly on the topic of digitalization and automation. Change, leadership and corporate culture drive you forward with empathy, clarity and an attitude that gives orientation and creates confidence.

Its technical background is ideally based on a commercial or engineering degree – Business Administration, General Management, Industrial Engineering – complemented by a resilient understanding of technically oriented growth models. You have sufficient entrepreneurial leadership experience, ideally in the above-mentioned environment, and also act sovereignly in challenging phases of change. You control commercial topics securely and are in the domains annual accounts, cash flow management and GuV company. In addition to your strong numerical affinity, you are also home at the strategic level thanks to your conceptual and analytical skills. You understand digitalization and AI as success factors for internal process optimization and corporate development. Strategic perspective, clear decision making and active acceptance of responsibility are the cornerstones of your understanding of leadership. You are not only mentally agile and ready to travel from your professional base – ideally Celle – regularly to the other company locations. .
