To be able to prepare and test operating costs and Heating cost accounting Analysis and optimization of operating costs Energy cost management Accounting (creditor) Accounting (constitution, booking, payment) Conflict management Reporting / Reporting Correspondence with our tenants and with creditors (e.g. energy providers etc.) Master data maintenance in our software Support for our property management in the field of expertise

(m/w/d) or comparable quality Proven practical experience in sales cost accounting Funded know-how in the field of accounting (credi­torically/debi­torically) A reliable knowledge of MS Office and a social service software, ideally RELion Acknowledgment of the immovable property Reliable, independent and result-oriented mode of operation Analytical skills and quality awareness Teamability and high self-initiative
