As Head of Unit Nord-Ost, you take the lead of the unit with the locations Hamburg, Hanover, Bremen, Leipzig and Berlin. You are a team of specialist physicians (m/w/d) for occupational medicine and occupational health assistance, shaping the further development of occupational health and safety in the Allianz companies in Germany and working closely with the senior business physician (m/w/d). This is what awaits you as a specialist in occupational medicine (m/w/d) Head of Unit: Head of the Nord-Ost Unit in close cooperation with the senior company physician (m/w/d) Responsibility for leadership and development of employees Medical independence: You work in your occupational medical assessment without instructions (§ 8 ASiG); Medical confidentiality and data protection are organisational and technically secure Advice and support: Advising the assigned areas according to § 3 ASiG, in particular on health protection, accident prevention and operating arrangements Safety at work: visits, ASA meetings, occupational health care, emergency and ambulance activities and health promotion Strategy and Crisis Prevention: Participation in the further development of occupational and health protection and pandemic, emergency and crisis plans

This is what you're bringing with you as a specialist in occupational medicine (m/w/d) Qualification: Consultant (m/w/d) Leadership experience: Detectable leadership experience as well as competence and motivation for the development of employees Mobility: Focus on presence in Hamburg or Berlin, readiness for regular presence at the locations of the unit IT competence: Safe handling of occupational medical software (e.g. Ergonomed) and MS Office desirable: additional qualifications such as emergency or tropical medicine, second specialist name; existing or sought-after training authority for occupational medicine; experience in several industries or groups; Experience in project work in complex structures
