Commercial Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

You support strategic annual planning, business cases and top-line forecasts and present your results at management level. The development and implementation of commercial optimization strategies to increase sales, margins and operational efficiency at high-frequency gastronomy locations is your task. Your tasks include analyzing sales data, customer behavior and market developments to identify growth potentials and fields of action. You are responsible for the project for strategic initiatives with high relevance for business development and profitability. Your responsibility lies in the design and implementation of pilots as well as scalable measures to optimize performance along the entire value chain and process improvement. You work closely with brand management, digital, marketing and operations to ensure consistent commercial orientation. You control the further development of KPIs, dashboards and forecasting tools for the fact-based alignment of commercial measures. The control of external service providers and agencies in the areas of market analysis, price optimization or customer research is in your area of responsibility, as well as close coordination with internal interfaces such as IT, controlling and digital. You bring a successfully completed study of economics, statistics, data analytics or a comparable study programme. In your profile, several years of professional experience can be found in a comparable role in the field of Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Revenue Management, Category Management or Pricing. First experience in the retail, FMCG, hospitality, food service or transport sector is beneficial for your daily work. Your strengths include a pronounced analytical-strategic way of thinking and a high number affinity combined with pragmatic implementation strength. You have a well-founded knowledge of the analysis of large amounts of data and the derivation of specific business measures. Excellent knowledge in Excel; Experience with Power BI, SQL, Databricks or comparable data platforms is advantageous in your task area. Communication strength and secure stakeholder management at top management level are one of your key qualifications. Entrepreneurial thinking, a hand-on mentality and a high self-motivation characterize your work. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
