About the company

In order to further develop the financial sector, our customer is looking for an innovative accounting book holder, who wants to develop perspectively as a leader and identify and implement new technologies, tools and methods for digitization and automation of financial processes. With the rise to the Head of Finance, you then take responsibility for the selection, introduction and further development of modern ERP and financial systems, analyze existing processes and design efficient, transparent workflows. In addition, you build a powerful team in this role, promote a motivating culture and take over the disciplinary leadership including target agreements, feedback and team development. Own implementation of creditor and debitor accounting Management of plant accounting Processing of damages and dunning Examination, confirmation and booking of current business transactions Creation of sales tax forecasts Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Implementation of payment procedures Maintenance and updating of master data

Complete business studies with a focus on accounting/finance, completed commercial training with further training to the audited account holder or similar qualification Funded/in-depth and operational experience in accounting Solid professional experience in accounting according to HGB Knowledge of financial accounting and tax law Deep experience in handling ERP systems and Microsoft Office Strong own initiative and team capacity Good communication skills High motivation and first experience in team leadership Immediate availability is rated positively
