Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of employees as well as implementation of target agreements, performance assessments and holiday, capacity and deployment planning in the area of responsibility

Strategic team and personnel planning as well as sustainable expansion of the team taking into account increasing project volumes and controlling active competence and knowledge management to promote know-how transfer

Redesign and optimization of process interfaces as well as commercial systems and tools during the transformation of paper to SAP using CVP standards such as SQCDP and 6S

Technical project and process patent including control of technical system development, reviews of work results such as system documents and cost planning as well as the creation of software architectures

Strategic orientation and sales support through the identification and implementation of technical trends and the support of sales activities through technical offering processing

Contract management and operational controlling through the development of framework contracts, review of offers, preparation of decisions and preparation of evaluations for management

Ensure compliance with laws, tariff regulations and operating arrangements, including occupational and health protection, and phase-wise operational relief of the team with high utilisation

Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or a comparable qualification

Insufficient professional experience in the successful execution of development projects in the technical environment

Founded leadership experience as well as strong skill in communication and negotiation

English knowledge in word and writing for the international working environment

Entrepreneurial thinking and action combined with a targeted and independent way of working

High commitment and a high level of enforcement in demanding projects
