**The main area of activity includes:

• reception and targeted communication of incoming calls and faxes. In addition, you support the control center.

• Care and processing of the online dragon of the Frankfurt am Main Police Department – a responsible task! Because you monitor the online advertisements of the citizens and guide them to the right place.
• Data transfer of KFZ-Abschleppungen der Stadtverwaltung Frankfurt am Main to the deployment control system (ELS) – you provide information when citizens are looking for their towed car.
• Maintaining the telephone book of the Hessen police and the communication directory of the Frankfurt am Main police office – without you, we do not find the right contacts in the police's internal telephone book.
