Local construction monitoring and building supervision of road construction and conservation measures with total costs in the multi-digit million euro area including billing Assessment of the situation on the ground (e.g. scope of damage) as well as independent adaptation, termination and continuation of the project-related construction contracts Creating and testing designs for road construction and conservation measures Call, award and coordination of services by external engineering offices Comparative investigation of technical variants on efficiency and practical feasibility Own-responsible creation of legally secure tender documents

Successfully completed studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) / Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience Insufficient professional experience in the described tasks of construction monitoring and road planning Funded knowledge in the planning, construction monitoring and tendering of construction and engineering services (VOB, HVA B-StB, HOAI, AKVS, BauGB, BGB) Funded knowledge of construction site security (according to MVAS 99 / ZTV-SA 97 / RSA 95) Good oral and written expression in German Ownership of Class B driving licence for service in the network

That would be desirable: Deep user knowledge of the specialist software iTwo Good general computer skills (in particular MS Office)
