Production Employee / Machine Operator (m/f/d)

You carry out production orders on time and quality according to documentation and training as well as within the time requirements. You manufacture electronic, mechanical and optical assemblies and equipment in workshop production or on production lines. You use pre-set tools, devices and tools to fulfill orders and monitor, control, serve and maintain systems/machines. In the refurbishment of plants, you change wear parts. You carry out repairs and rework on raw materials, assemblies and finished products in accordance with the specified throughput. You are working on the continuous improvement of the processes and the production system. In case of need, you support the Global Manufacturing Engineering (e.g. when performing test series or when implementing changes in the production process).

You have completed a training and gained professional experience in electronics. You understand highly complex systems quickly. You bring experience in handling SMD-mounted devices. Experience in steam phase soldering is desirable, but not a prerequisite. Working in the clean room according to ISO 6 and its requirements (e.g. defined environmental conditions, special clothing with higher dressing costs) is not a challenge for you. You're constantly evolving. You communicate with people. You bring the willingness to perform recurring assembly activities (e.g. joining, plugging, pressing) as well as working in a production cell with (i.e. clocked jobs, working after fixed workflow, fixed work and break times). Work on standing and in layers (2- or 3-layer system) is not difficult for you. .
