RENAFAN is a nursing service provider who has been standing for excellent and individual care for 30 years now. In Offenburg we have been operating an outpatient intensive care WG with up to 18 customers since 01.04.2025. For the care of intensive care patients we are looking for your support as

You are responsible for the professional basic and treatment care of our (partly ventilated) customers More demanding tasks, such as parenteral care and exchange of tracheal cannulas (after careful incorporation or training) You ensure that our customers feel comfortable and help you manage their everyday lives You are sensitive and gentle to our customers and their relatives You know how important the care documentation is and therefore perform it carefully

a completed training as examinated nursing staff (health and nursing staffin, nurse/career, caregiverin, etc.) Ideally professional experience in respiration care, if not, we will continue to make you free of charge! good German knowledge (at least B2 level) Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of responsibility strong social skills (especially empathy) a lot of passion and commitment to the good of our customers, because care is more than just a job
