Independent planning and implementation of plan, special and ad hoc tests as well as projects in our headquarters and our HIT markets. Independent analysis of existing business processes through interviews and analytical audits to evaluate and optimize processes, systems and organizational structures. Development of effective measures with a sustainable impact on company success. Written documentation, reporting, voting and presentation of results to all hierarchy levels. Audit and independent implementation of agreed measures. Takeover of special tasks, e.g. in the fields of corporate governance, process optimization and organisational development.

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law or comparable studies. You provide multi-annual well-founded professional experience in controlling, consulting, auditing or internal auditing and have knowledge of processes, trends and challenges in trade. You are characterized by process-oriented thinking, an analytical, structured and result-oriented way of working, as well as by self-initiative, a rapid understanding, communication strength and flexibility. You have experience with SAP, have a basic understanding of database systems and have an interest in data analysis. You know the challenges in project management from practice and can draw on your knowledge of different project management methods. Ideally, you have practical experience or interest in topics such as AI, compliance or process mining.
