Implementation of national and EU-wide public procurement procedures in accordance with the applicable legal bases (e.g. VOB, UVgO, VgV, GWB) for the procurement of medical and non-medical investment goods (in particular medical technology and large equipment) and services Coordination of requirements and awards (termine management, tendering, tendering) Procurement consulting and professional cooperation in procurement projects (including analysis of medical and technical requirements, comparison with the existing equipment park, cost-benefit analysis, production of operating concepts including Interface and integration requirements) Project management in procurement projects Creation of performance directories in close coordination with the users and the medical technology department Examination of performance directories for compliance with the statutory requirements Take over responsibility for award documents and procedures Ensuring the formal and legal correctness of tender documents Self-creation of evaluations, decision-making templates and presentations

Completed (specialized) university studies with engineering or (operational) economic background, e.g. medical technology, mechanical engineering, business management, economic engineering, economic informatics, health economics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in shopping or in the commercial sector, ideally in health care or hospital Application-proof expertise in procurement law (including legal bases) and experience in the implementation of procurement procedures In-depth knowledge in the areas of project, process, maintenance and contract management Very good knowledge of market analysis, market forecast and market observation as well as logistic processes and material management Routinized and safe handling of ERP, SAP and Office applications (including spreadsheet and text processing) Class B driving licence for the subsidiaries Dangerous knowledge of the German language at level C1 or C2 Cross-departmental and economic thinking, negotiation skills and strong communication skills
