You take over the complete inventory management in the private health, nursing and health care insurance and ensure smooth handling. You maintain customer data and record various changes, such as name, address and bank connection changes as well as authorizations, with the highest accuracy. You check and process waiting time calculations and decrees and ensure that all processes are documented correctly. You take care of the processing of transfer value calculations (exchange rates) and actively contribute to the optimization of the processes. You are examining notification breaches related to loss of contribution by the pre-insurer and make informed decisions. You process sub-processes in the database system (cleaning) and thus support the quality assurance of our data. You advise and serve our customers and sales partners in writing as well as by telephone and are available to them as a competent contact person.

You have a completed vocational training to/from the merchant for insurance and financial investments (or a comparable qualification) or are a qualified person for insurance. You bring experience in handling technical systems such as GenesysCloud, TEWIS, ZINEX, KV2000, PDB, M-Text and MS-Office. You have experience in customer service and customer consulting – both in writing and by telephone. Your customer and service orientation is pronounced and you always have the right to find the best solution for our customers. Flexibility, reliability and sense of responsibility are the key. You are open to innovations and are looking forward to working on new topics. Team skills and communication strength are your strengths.
