Team Leader Structural Design (m/f/d)

For our customers, an established company in the field of housing construction and project development with Germany-wide project activity, we are looking for an experienced personality for the management of the structural design on an exclusive order.

In this position you take over the overriding responsibility for the static planning within demanding new construction projects. You act as a central interface between planning, project managers and external partners and ensure that economic, technical and qualitative requirements are combined. In addition to the leadership of your team, your focus is on the structure, reliability and further development of the structural design in the company.

Total responsibility for the organisational and technical orientation of the structural planning Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Structural Planning with 17 employees, incl. Further development through clear objectives, regular exchange and feedback Control of cooperation with internal specialist departments and external engineering offices Ensuring economic, norm-oriented and project-oriented static planning Development of internal processes, processes and procedures within the structural planning Assessment of technical questions and support for projects in complex decision-making processes Expected planning of capacities and resources Special contact for project-related special topics and risk assessments
