These are your tasks in the new job:

• Continuous work on CNC machining centres for the production of high-precision precision parts from the field of medical technology in small and medium series
• operation, ruts and setup of CNC machines (4- and 5-axis machining centres)
• Self-performing tool change and tool corrections
• Professional working and measuring according to test plan
• Conversion of the required dimensional corrections based on the respective specifications
• Control of manufactured parts and documentation of results

This brings you to your new profession:

• Vocational training for machining mechanic (gn), CNC mechanic (gn) or toolmaker (gn) with CNC additional qualification or comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in cutting
• Knowledge of the Heidenhain controls is advantageous
• readiness for shiftwork
