To strengthen our team, the MVZ Labor Bochum MLB GmbH is now looking for one for the “Labor-Hotline” department: Medical specialist (m/w/d) (Full time 40 hours / week – Change between early and late service: 07:00 – 15:30 / 11:00 – 19:30) The laboratory hotline department forms the interface between the connected doctor's practices and the medical laboratory.

Processing of telephone requests Transfer of laboratory findings forwarding calls to the competent laboratory response partners Order registration and order clarification Support for sampling and preanalytics questions Telephone care of our sending doctors for all questions regarding the electronic request of laboratory tests
