They are responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of our data management systems (DMS) or common data-environment (CDE) platforms. You ensure that our data is secure and accessible by performing regular backups, security checks and emergency recovery measures. They support our employees in the use of DMS or CDE systems, solve technical problems and perform training to maximize the efficiency of use. They analyze the system performance, identify possibilities for improvement and work on the continuous improvement and further development of the systems. They work closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect requirements, plan projects and ensure that the implementation of new functions is smooth. They take over the professional leadership of interdisciplinary external project partners.

They have well-founded, practical know-how in the administration of data management systems (DMS) or common data-environment (CDE) platforms such as ELO, Dalux Box or tpCDE. You have a sound understanding of IT infrastructures, databases, networks and server technologies. They are characterized by good communication skills to interact with different stakeholders, to explain technical concepts and to carry out training. You have experience in managing and coordinating projects, including planning, implementing and monitoring project progress. You are a team player with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and support and motivate your colleagues.
