• As a senior manager (m/w/d), you design the strategic orientation and further development of Transaction Banking (TxB), identify new business models, markets and opportunities for growth and drive their conceptual development forward.
• They analyse market, competition and technology trends and derive strategic initiatives, future topics as well as new business and cooperation approaches for the sustainable strengthening of Transaction Banking.
• They are responsible for the strategic partner management including evaluation and further development of cooperation and cooperation models.
• You take over the preparation and coordination of management and committee decisions by creating sound decision bases and strategic recommendations.
• They are involved in selected M&A and structural projects to implement our deterrent strategy.
• They ensure the alignment of investments, partnerships and initiatives in the overall strategy of Transaction Banking in trusted cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.

This will bring you

• Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional practice in a highly strategic and conceptual function, e.g. in strategy consulting, corporate development, corporate development, in-house consulting or a comparable role
• Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder configurations at management level
• Of advantage: routine in strategic equity or partner management as well as in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and transactions
• Sovereign communication and presentation skills, coupled with a pronounced strategic, conceptual and analytical approach
• Very good German and English in word and writing
