This is what you expect in your qualification: Retraining takes place in full-time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical classes The theoretical teaching is carried out in one of our supraregional training centres, your practice assignments can be carried out in close proximity to your home. After your qualification, you take the following activities: As a train taxer, you work at the Stellwerk in the Munich headquarters - from there you navigate the train traffic and so drive for safe, punctual and smooth train operation You set roads (travel, switches, signals) for trains and ensure a safe exit, e.g. from a train station The monitoring of the operation in stations is also in your hands Communication and coordination with colleagues in the Stellwerk, locomotive guides: inside and outside the control centers are your everyday work
