Successfully completed scientific studies (M. Eng.) in the field of business management, engineering or comparable qualification, expertise and experience. Multiannual (at least 3 years) professional experience in leading function in construction companies or engineering offices or comparable organizations with large infrastructure projects as well as well as well-founded expertise in the above-mentioned controlling function. Multiannual experience in creating or analyzing tender documents for construction contracts. Safe application of technical regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of building contract law and project management. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
