Scrum Master / Team Facilitator:in - Lexware Office (m/f/d)

You accompany two of our enablement teams with a clear feel for good cooperation – sometimes as a process Facilitator, sometimes as an uncomfortable challenger, sometimes as a coach. In doing so, you shape the way active and find the balance between agile teaching and pragmatic approach. You moderate Scrum-Zeremonien, help the team grow and bring structure into communication, prioritization and decision-making processes. With us you will become a catalyst to transform friction into productive movement and empower teams to be self-determined effective.

You bring a study or a comparable qualification that enables you to effectively accompany teams. Your method kit is versatile – whether classic Scrum-ceremonies, Kanban or individually tailored formats. The agile craftsmanship will help you sleep and adapt it flexibly to your team's needs

You are a communication talent: Whether in English or German (at least C level). You listen carefully, you express yourself clearly and you can bring misunderstandings to the table with courage and appreciation – always at eye level and with focus on further development

Terms like Konsent or Sociocracy 3.0 tell you what – and at DoD you immediately think of “Definition of Done”, not Dungeons & Dragons

Our team language is German, so very good German skills (min. C2) are a must

René and Johannes: As a team Java Enablement, we combine many years of backend experience with enthusiasm for software architecture. Our claim: sustainable, clean and powerful solutions. Johannes is committed to protecting the population and relaxing in the countryside. René plays Badminton and spends time with the family.
