Your role You develop components and functions of the ZEISS INSPECT platform in C++

You adapt existing software to new requirements, expand its functions and take into account the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act in software development

You collect customer requirements structured and evaluate them in terms of benefits, effort, feasibility and technical impact

You develop sustainable technical concepts with a view to performance, wartability and usability

You work closely with customers, product management and application engineering and jointly manage appropriate product requirements

You bring your expertise into architectural, design and product decisions and actively shape the technical orientation

You accompany technical discussions as a technical contact and develop solutions independently

Ensure software quality through reviews, tests and modern development practices

You use AI-based development tools to reflect and support the team in establishing appropriate procedures

Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics, for example with focus on fluid mechanics

At least three years of experience in professional software development with C++, ideally with complex desktop applications or technical software under Windows

Knowledge of modern software architectures, algorithms, development processes and agile work

expertise in airfoil, blade or blisk analysis as well as understanding of the geometric and measurement evaluation of turbomachine components

Experience in requirements engineering and direct exchange with customers and the ability to develop requirements analytically and conceptually

German knowledge of C1 level and English knowledge of B2 level and ideally experience with ZEISS INSPECT or comparable measurement software, CAD and 3D data, Python, Git and AI-based development tools
