Wastewater Supervisor (m/f/d)

For our group of wastewater treatment plants/pump plants (Hamm/Soest/Werl), we are looking for a sewer master*in (m/w/d) at the Werl site at the earliest possible time. This position serves the purpose of targeted knowledge transfer – to ensure long-term expertise and continuous further development.

Guided tours of about 10 employees (including the creation of service plans, coordination and control of work, security instructions for employees, personnel development) Responsibility for the operation of technical installations: planning, monitoring and documentation of workflows in compliance with legal and technical regulations, service and operational instructions and occupational safety regulations logging and evaluation of operational processes and data Coordination, implementation and logging of the tasks of the self-examination regulation Instruction, monitoring and monitoring of foreign company operations and acceptance of the services provided Evaluation of process engineering procedures Adaptation and development of measures to eliminate plant disruptions and to optimise operations
