Assistant to the management with a focus on innovation and tender management (m/f/d)

Your tasks In this position, you work closely with the management and play a central role in preparing, structuring and developing public tenders in the IT environment. Your tasks include: Analysis of public tenders, award documents and technical requirements Content and organizational design of supply documents for IT projects Structure of complex technical, organizational and economic circumstances Development of convincing solutions in cooperation with internal and external departments Coordination of contributions from different stakeholders and ensuring consistent tender documents Support of management in strategic, conceptual and operational issues Quality assurance of texts, concepts, calculations and presentation documents Identification of innovation potentials and development of differentiated supply approaches

Your profile You have a pronounced analytical way of thinking, captures complex relationships quickly and enjoy preparing challenging content in a precise and convincing way. Especially suitable is your profile if you bring: Complete study of economic informatics, economic engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics or a comparable discipline Ideally promotion or comparable scientific or analytical deepening Very high understanding and ability to work quickly into new topics Structured, precise and solution-oriented work Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Power Innovation joy and interest in modern IT and digitalization topics Very good written expressability in German, at least at level C1 Safe feel for quality, consistency and argumentation logic Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and direct cooperation with the management Experience in the tendering, awarding or IT project environment is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
